Entwicklung und Realisierung neuer Konzepte zur Präsentation der Sammlung und deren Auftragsarbeiten, strukturelle Maßnahmen zur strategischen Neuausrichtung der Stiftung, Pavillon Projekte, Administrative Agenden.

• Übernahme und bauliche Adaptierung der Ateliers Augarten als neues Ausstellungshaus der Stiftung in Wien (eröffnet im Juni 2012)
• Umzug der Stiftungsbüros in Otto-Wagner-Gebäude / Linke Wienzeile 38
• Abbau der Temporären Kunsthalle Berlin und Prüfung einer möglichen Wiedererrichtung des Gebäudes als Projektraum der Stiftung in Wien
• Prüfung alternativer Standorte und Kooperationsmöglichkeiten im In- und Ausland (u.a. in Budapest, Istanbul, Berlin, Reykjavik)
• Beauftragung, Standortsuche, Produktion, Finanzierung und Abwicklung der Präsentation von Pavillon Projekten / interdisziplinärer Großprojekte aus den Bereichen Bildende Kunst, Architektur, Sound / experimentelle Musik im öffentlichen Raum (z.B. The Morning Line im öffentlichen Raum in Istanbul im Rahmen der Europäischen Kulturhauptstadt 2010 und am Schwarzenbergplatz in Wien 2011/12)
• Administrative Agenden: Budgets, Rechtliches, Kooperationen, Genehmigungen und Koordination mit öffentlichen Behörden, Sponsoring, Bericht an den Stiftungsvorstand

Development and assessment of new exhibition formats and spaces for the foundation’s collection and commissioned works, structural measures and strategic re-positioning of the foundation, pavilion projects, administrative functions.

• Take-over, structural modifications and re-organisation of the Ateliers Augarten to become the foundation’s new permanent exhibition space in Vienna (opened in June 2012)
• Transfer and re-organisation of the foundation’s offices to the Otto-Wagner-Building / Linke Wienzeile 38
• De-installation of the former Temporäre Kunsthalle Berlin building, planning for its re-construction as a new project space for the foundation in Vienna
• Assessment of alternative locations and co-operations with institutions in Vienna and other European cities (a.o. Budapest, Istanbul, Reykjavik, Berlin)
• Commissioning, location search, production, financing and presentation of pavilion projects / large scale interdisciplinary art & architecture projects in the public space (e.g. The Morning Line in the public space in Istanbul (Eminönü), 2010 and in Vienna (Schwarzenbergplatz), 2011/12)
• Administrative functions: budgets, legal, co-operations, permissions and co-ordination with public authorities, sponsoring, report to the foundation’s board

• Identifikation der Ateliers im Augarten, entsprechende Vertragsverhandlungen mit dem Belvedere u.a.
• Umbauten im Innenbereich und Revitalisierung des Gartens in Koordination mit Belvedere, Burghauptmannschaft, Bundesgärten, Bundesdenkmalamt
• Einrichtung eines Bookstores, Ticketing, Sicherheitskonzepts etc.
• Technische Abnahmen für Veranstaltungen
• Aufbau eines Pavillons von David Adjaye im Garten
• Aubau der ersten Ausstellung von Simon Starling / Superflex

Take over and structural modification of the Ateliers Augarten to become T-B A21’s new permanent exhibition space in Vienna.

• Search for a new exhibition space for the foundation and assessment of numerous sites
• Identification of the Ateliers Augarten and respective negotiations with the Belvedere a.o. to secure the site
• Structural changes in the exhibition spaces and refurbishment of the gardens in coordination with the Belvedere, Burghauptmannschaft, Bundesgärten (Federal Gardens) and Bundesdenkmalamt (Federal office for protection of historical monuments)
• Planning and installation of a bookstore, ticketing, security concept, etc.
• Technical certification process of the site
• Installation of a pavilion by David Adjaye in the garden
• Production of the opening exhibition by Simon Starling / Superflex
• Production of a performance programme in summer 2012

• Standortsuche, Genehmigungsverfahren und Planung des Aufbaus der modularen Struktur aus 20t Aluminium in den Ausmaßen 20 x 10 x 8 m mit integriertem 47-Kanal Tonsystem
• Beauftragung neuer experimenteller Soundkompositionen
• Produktion eines 4-tägigen Festivals für zeitgenössische Komposition mit 20 Konzerten und Performances und 2-tägigem Symposium
• Koordination mit Projektpartnern: Büro Vize-Bürgermeisterin Vassilakou, Büro Stadtrat Mailath-Pokorny, 3. Bezirk, Stadtgärten, Magistrate
